How it all started...
My name is Tyler Logan. I've been a musician since I was 12, sitting by the radio and playing bass along with whichever song would pop up. I loved music with all my heart and it consumed my whole being! The only real instruction I had was when my dad (who is a self-taught guitarist...and good one at that) would occasionally give me some tips on playing certain scales or songs, but I never had a dedicated music mentor in my life...the only thing I had was an insatiable desire to KEEP PLAYING MUSIC! There was no YouTube back in the day...no social media...no websites like this...the only way you got better was by playing in a band or going to a really expensive school like Berklee in Boston or Musician's Institute in Los Angeles. So my journey comes from a place of genuinely finding ways to get better purely by osmosis. I played at church in the youth group, I played in a few rock n roll bands in high school, I auditioned for Jazz Band my senior without ever knowing how to read music...I honestly didn't even understand that it was a key necessity for that position.
So what happened to get to where I am today?
Well I now tour around the world with many respected artists, playing guitar and often assisting in the MD (music director) role. I've recorded many albums or toured with these artists as well, including: (6-time Grammy Award winning) Israel Houghton & New Breed, BJ Putnam, (Latin Grammy nominated and Dove award-winning) Miel San Marcos, Ricardo Sanchez, (Latin Grammy nominated) Lucia Parker, (2-time Grammy Award winning) Tye Tribbett, (11-time Grammy nominated) Marvin Sapp, Kevin LeVar, Press Play, Coffey Anderson and many others. I've written with the likes of respectable songwriters including BJ Putnam, Alex Pappas (Hillsong Young & Free) Chris Davenport (Hillsong Worship) Press Play, Tye Tribbett, Celebration Music, etc. I worked on staff at churches for almost 2 decades; 9 years have been here in the Austin, TX region; 8 years before that of which were at the Los Angeles Dream Center in Southern California and 2 years at the New York City Dream Center in NYC. In LA, I worked at Dream Studios as a session guitarist and producer for 7 years. I've actually played for or produced over 50+ albums for various artists in the United States and Canada and has played on records from artists around the world, including Mexico, Guatemala, Japan, England, and the Caribbean.
No one taught me how to "dial-in" gear...it just so happened that my best friend when I was in high school, Dustin Prude, had a good ear for tone and showed me the ropes. It began me on a journey of pursuing "my sound"...the perfect tone...that mythical creature. Now I obsess over great gear and anything that breeds creativity and amazement.
No one really pushed me into leading others or developing skills that focus on leadership and discipline. I had to figure that stuff out either by way of luck or by way of failure. Don't get me wrong, my parents are awesome and I had a great youth pastor growing up, but like most people, I needed even more than that to prepare me to be a great leader in life. So now I'm always trying to find ways to bridge the gap between authentic, excellent leadership and engaging in technology that benefits the musician in a practical and tangible way! My purpose and passion in life is to use these gifts and talents to inspire others, be excellent and innovative in music and ultimately to point people towards a meaningful, purposeful life; a life found in faith and serving others!
My focus is CLEAR & CONCISE...TO HELP MUSICIANS AROUND THE WORLD! I will be the musician on mission and I believe many others will be too! My hope and prayer is that other musicians will know that THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS THING ALONE! There are people out here that want to help and want to get them on the best path!

Expanding the vision...
Bringing musicians to community is just one part of the process. Community alone won't bring real fulfillment in life. We believe in EQUIPPING MUSICIANS not just in Central Texas, but around the world, starting in major music industry hub cities! LA, NYC, HOUSTON, ORLANDO, NASHVILLE, DENVER, AND MORE! There will be RESOURCES, MASTERCLASSES, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES, etc!
Where we are headed...
And it won't just stay in the United States....we have our heart set on many regions throughout the world! Latin America, Brazil, Italy, Indonesia and so much more!
